The location of the hotel was perfect, close to everything, making it convenient for exploring the vibrant nightlife and natural beauty of Queenstown. the rooftop bar and cafe provided stunning views of Lake Wakatipu, adding a touch of luxury to the stay. the customer support was exceptional, with a friendly receptionist who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the staff's helpfulness, especially when we lost our key card, showcased their commitment to guest satisfaction. Overall, Lylo Queenstown exceeded expectations with its unique design, convenient location, and exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this eco-friendly hotel to fellow travelers seeking a sustainable and comfortable stay in Queenstown.
